GRADUATE JOB OFFER (hiring decision must be made before mid July in order to process and give working visas to begin work in October )Position: English language teacherLocation: Hebei, China ( roughly one hour away from Beijing by train )Salary: 10000 to 12000 Chinese Yuan per month after tax ( Salary can grow after 1 year )For comparison, the average salary in Hebei, China is 2000 to 4000 a month before taxMoney saving potential: 7000 to 1000 Chinese Yuan per month ( 800 to 1025 British pounds )Part time work potential: You can also engage in part time work to increase your salary to usually around 20000 Chinese Yuan a month, raising potential savings to roughly 1900 pounds a monthRequirements:1. Bachelor's degree and TESOL certificate, or master's degree in field related to English language teaching, as well as nationality from a country where the native language is English2. Willingness to adapt to Chinese culture and language ( meaning learning roughly 200 words in Chinese which we can help with )3. The ability to communicate, we value this above all else, as with appropriate communication we as a company can help our teachers achieve both the best results professionally, as well as in their outside of work lives, however if good communication is not established, we can do very little to help our employees, leading to a lose-lose situation4.
